Where We Ship
Dusklit currently ships worldwide.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver all Australian orders within 14 days of dispatch. In most cases orders arrive sooner, however please allow the full 14 days before contacting us about a delayed order.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.
